ONE DAY ROOM DESIGN
Instant beauty and immediate gratification. Using your existing furnishings and treasured pieces, I can create a room and atmosphere that genuinely belongs to you ... in one day. And there is no risk – everything can go back where it was if you don’t like it. (But I’ve been told no one ever puts anything back because they are thrilled with their new look!) Sometimes a fresh perspective is all you need.

SO WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I WORK IN YOUR HOME?
First, we get together at your home to talk about how you use the room being redesigned, and to get a good look at the things you have chosen for your home. Then we "shop" the rest of the house, discussing things in other rooms that are available to be used in the redesigned room to get the best look.

REDESIGN DAY
On the big day, just like on the HGTV shows, you plan on being out of your home while the ReDesign is taking place. (Most rooms take about 4-6 hours to complete). This allows for the biggest "wow" factor when you return. My process includes re-working all of your furniture, including accent pieces and area rugs, lighting, artwork and accessories.

WHAT IF THE ROOM NEEDS MORE THINGS?
No problem, I can shop for you. Sometimes the reason a room doesn't feel finished is because there are simply not enough things to finish the room. I offer paint color consultations and have access to fabulous art.

ART AS PART OF THE REDESIGN
I have found that displaying spectacular artwork is not only a major point of interest but a great way to highlight the potential of a space. Artwork can show off an architectural detail or divert attention -- believe it or not, if your room is small, the larger the art, the roomier the space appears. I have access to an art collection, and when needed, will hang a piece in your space to make it feel more complete. You can live with it for 24 hours -- who knows, maybe you will grow attached, and want to keep it. Of course, all artwork is for sale. If you decide that the art doesn't work for you, I will come back to remove it.
